Personal Accident Cover
PAG provides Personal Accident Cover, in force 24/7 with a benefit of R7,500 paid to you or your nominated beneficiary in the event of accidental death or accidental injury resulting in permanent and total disability. The premium is fully funded by PAG, so there is no cost to you! All you have to do is nominate a beneficiary on the application form and then, hand your completed and signed form back to your PAG Consultant. C5 HIV Prevention Plan (HIV / AIDS)
PAG provides Personal Protection Cover for you and your dependants living with you (under the age of 25 years), in the event of accidental exposure to HIV/AIDS. This cover includes access to 24/7 HIV/Aids information, advice and counseling, telephonic trauma counseling for HIV and rape incidents, emergency transport to a medical facility following exposure to HIV, consultations and blood tests for rape, trauma and potential exposure cases and limited anti-retroviral therapy. The premium is fully funded by PAG, so again there is no cost to you! There is no claims procedure; simply call the 24- hour Care Centre Helpline on 0860 102 993.

Employee Assistance Programme
The Employee Assistance Programme is designed to assist our temporary workforce in coping with or resolving their personal problems to ensure the promotion of our employees’ wellbeing. Some of the areas in which the Employee Assistance Programme can help you, are in the instances of:

Insurance Benefits
PAG is delighted to provide access to the following optional insurance cover benefits, offered through Constantia Insurance Company Limited, at highly preferential premiums. The premiums will be deducted directly from your wages by PAG thereby providing added convenience to you.

Funeral Plan
The plan offers a lump sum benefit to assist with all your funeral costs. Cover benefits range from R7,500 to R15,000. There is no waiting period or exclusions for any pre-existing conditions. This Funeral cover can also be extended to your immediate family with a choice of 3 benefits plans, each with affordable weekly or monthly premiums to cover your spouse and eligible children. Hospital Cash Plan
If you are hospitalised due to an accident or injury, the plan will pay out a benefit for each day that you are in hospital. Hospitalisation for an illness will only be covered after day three. A three month waiting period is applied for all elective surgery. This cover may not be extended to your immediate family and only applies whilst you’re on an active PAG temping assignment. Hospital Indemnity Plan
If you are hospitalised due to an accident, the Hospital Indemnity Plan will pay out a benefit ranging from R50,000 to a maximum of R200,000 for all the charges at actual cost. This cover includes hospital, doctors and ambulance fees from date of your admission to discharge. Legislated Benefits Administered by PAG
Statutory Benefits
PAG administers and accrues for all your legislated leave (annual, public holiday, family responsibility and sick leave), pays contributions for all your other legislated statutory benefits (UIF, Skills Development & COIDA) and reports to the appropriate bodies for these deductions on your behalf.
