9. Vendor Management Services
PAG suggests a Project Manager be positioned on-site at our client’s premises once a bulk temporary workforce is assigned. This value added service will assist with the day to day management of temps with the convenience of all IR and HR issues being handled by PAG’s experienced Project Manager.
10. Project Staffing
PAG provides customised outcome-based project management services which would include an analysis of your project requirements, the development of an implementation plan and staffing of the project. This allows for experienced professionals to meet the requirements of a specific project, while being managed by PAG.
11. Learnerships
PAG has extensive experience in managing learnerships, both in-house (PAG) and for our clients with the aim of transferring skill and growing talent. PAG’s learnership model is based on a tri-partite relationship which allows the learners to gain the theoretical component as facilitated through the SETA while the workplace experience will be gained through being based with one of PAG’s clients. Clients have the opportunity of employing these skilled learners through PAG when exiting the learnership programme after being deemed competent through the accreditation process.
