1. Permanent Staffing

2. Temporary Assignments
PAG has a proud reputation of supplying top calibre temps, drawn from its substantial talent pool of highly skilled and motivated workers across a broad range of job categories and industries. It has the infrastructure and resources to rapidly deploy temps across many disciplines enabling its clients to align their talent pool with shifts in business demands and changes in their business cycle without having to commit to new, potentially onerous overheads.


3. Contract Assignments
PAG offers experienced Candidates on a contract basis to fulfill our Clients' short to long term requirements. PAG also has a database of highly skilled contractors, all of whom have a wealth of experience gained at senior management level, who are readily available to share their knowledge and experience on an interim management basis. PAG's contract solution meets the needs of Clients who are requiring skilled manpower to fill a human capital gap without the commitment of increasing it permanent staff complement.

4. Disability Recruitment
PAG’s Disability Recruitment Division focuses on the development of more complex, individualised and flexible recruitment strategies for Candidates with disabilities on behalf of corporate South Africa. PAG has partnered with a number of NGO's catering for people with disabilities with the focus on the rehabilitation of these individuals. PAG's partners can meet with Clients to help address the psychological barriers employers and staff might face when employing people with disabilities and discuss the reasonable accommodation required for them. PAG is committed to assist its Clients in successfully reaching the Department of Labour’s target of 2% of people with disability in the workplace by 2010.

PAG has entered into a number of key strategic alliances with South Africa’s leading tertiary educational institutions. This affords PAG the opportunity of selecting top performing graduates who can be offered to our Clients for management development programmes.

6. International Recruitment
PAG's International Strategy is to dominate candidate channels across our South African borders for both our local and international client base. PAG views its differentiator as its international sourcing strategies, which includes encouraging expatriates to return to South Africa and sourcing foreigners who fall within the Governments scarce skill categories to fill our Clients’ critical vacancies. PAG is as a leader in the movement of talent globally with specific focus on identified international countries such as the British Isles, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Africa.

7. Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Companies are able to outsource their entire recruitment process or a function thereof to PAG. PAG will manage the recruiting process from job profiling through to placement and induction of the new hire. Recruitment Process Outsourcing will improve a company's time to hire, increase the quality of the candidate pool, provide accurate reporting and reduce cost.

8. Business Process Outsourcing
Many companies outsource aspects of their support services or non core functions, including the recruitment function, payroll function, employee training, public relations, IT functions, and security. PAG has vast experience in taking over business processes such as Credit, Financial, Call Centre, Switchboard/Reception and other support services which enable the Client to focus on its core business and improve quality of service.

9. Outplacement Solutions
PAG offers an outplacement service to companies who are restructuring their businesses, causing a required change in their staff complement. PAG's outplacement programme is primarily designed for Clients to assist their affected staff by offering onsite interviewing, career guidance and ways to increase their marketability in finding alternative employment in the least stressful manner.

10. Ad Response Handling
PAG provides a customised solution that alleviates the Client from receiving, screening, recording, sorting and shortlisting the large number of CV’s received as a result of the recruitment advertising process. A benefit of the Ad Response Handling process is that it creates a Candidate database which is exclusive to the Client thus reducing future recruitment costs.

11. Project Staffing
PAG can provide a customised outcome based project management service which includes an analysis of your project requirements, the development of an implementation plan, the sourcing, placement and management of skilled staff for the duration of the project. This is an option to bring in experienced professionals and competent staff according to the requirements for a specific time or project, where the contractor is in the employ of PAG.

12. Vendor On Site
PAG suggests a Project Manager be positioned on-site at our Client’s premises once a bulk temporary workforce is assigned. This value added service will assist with the day to day management of temps with the convenience of all IR and HR issues being handled by PAG’s experienced Project Manager.

13. Payroll Services
PAG’s payroll service ensures an end-to-end solution for effective payroll management and service but most importantly ensures a flexible, cost effective and hassle-free solution. This service ensures all the benefits of a fully-fledged, regulatory compliant in-house payroll function.
